I enrolled into the credit union in New Hampshire through work.  When it came time to find a home equity loan for us the credit union in New Hampshire had the best rates.  Once we decided to go with the New Hampshire credit union we also switched to them for all of our Banking needs.  It is easier for me to handle my bills now that all my Banking including my home equity loan is handled right at the New Hampshire credit union.  I have started to tell many people at work how great the New Hampshire credit union has been for us.
